Coaching and consulting services offered through this site are not therapy or medical treatment. While Geri-Lynn Cesar is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, all coaching and consulting services are provided outside the scope of clinical practice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health condition.

International clients are responsible for ensuring services comply with their local laws and regulations.

2. Personal Responsibility & Results

You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being, decisions, choices, and actions. Coaching and consulting support personal and professional growth, but outcomes are not guaranteed. Geri-Lynn Cesar Coaching and Consulting does not make any guarantees about the results of working together.

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments for coaching, consulting, and styling services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Due to the nature of the services, refunds are not provided for completed sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session.

4. Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. While coaching is not bound by HIPAA, Geri-Lynn upholds strict ethical standards and values your privacy.
