What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy focuses on healing past experiences and addressing mental health concerns, while coaching is future-focused, helping you take actionable steps toward your goals. Coaching is about building confidence, identity, and self-expression to move forward in your life.If you are interested in doing psychotherapy with me instead of coaching, please reach out to me via Therapy with Geri.
Who do you work with?
I work with individuals who are ready to explore self-expression, build confidence, and redefine their identity. While my coaching is open to everyone, I especially love working with women, queer folks, creatives, and other sensitive overthinkers who are ready to try something different.Do you offer virtual coaching?
Yes! All coaching sessions are conducted virtually, allowing me to work with clients across different locations. This means you can access support no matter where you are.How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps but are ready to take action, coaching can help. My approach is direct but supportive, helping you challenge old narratives and step into confidence. If you’re still unsure, we can set up a consultation to see if it’s the right fit for you.Session & Pricing Questions
How long is each coaching session?
Sessions are either 60 minutes or 90 minutes for ongoing coaching, with 20-minute check-ins available for additional support. How much does coaching cost?
Pricing depends on the coaching session you choose. You can find more details on my services page or reach out for a consultation. -
What kind of styling do you offer?
I offer wardrobe consulting and creative styling for personal branding, events, photoshoots, and identity expression. Whether you’re shifting how you show up in the world or getting ready for a big moment, styling with me is about alignment—not just aesthetics.Do I need to be “fashionable” to book styling support?
Absolutely not. This is about how you want to feel. I work with people who want to feel more like themselves in their clothes—confident, expressive, and intentional. No trend-chasing here. Can I combine coaching and styling?
Yes—and honestly, that’s where the magic happens. So much of our identity work shows up in how we express ourselves visually. Many clients work with me across both areas to align who they are on the inside with how they show up on the outside. -
Do you offer consulting or speaking engagements?
Yes! I provide workshops, trainings, and consulting services on cultural competency, mental health, and personal development. If you’re looking for a speaker or training for your organization, visit my services page for more details. -
Can I work with you on multiple things at once?
Yes. Coaching, consulting, and styling often overlap—because life isn’t siloed. If you’re navigating a big change, shifting your identity, or redefining how you show up, we can build a plan that supports all of it. You don’t have to choose just one box.Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?
Yes! All sessions are virtual, and I work with clients internationally. As long as we can align on time zones and values, we’re good to go.Is what I share with you confidential?
Yes. While coaching isn’t a clinical service, I still hold strong ethical boundaries and confidentiality in our work together. You can bring your full self into the space. What’s your vibe as a coach/stylist/consultant?
I’m direct but kind. Intuitive but practical. I’ll challenge you, but never bulldoze you. Think: creative collaborator—with a little queer magic woven in.I hate being on camera / trying on clothes / talking about myself. Can I still work with you?
Totally. I meet people where they are. We can go at your pace and focus on what feels useful and grounded. This isn’t about performance—it’s about finding what feels right for you. -
